We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase, let us know how we can help!

To start a return, please email your request to returns@shop-bali.com and let us know what the issue is with your order. We will process and provide a shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend tracking on all returns. Bali Collective is not responsible for returns lost in the mail; customers will not receive refunds for lost returns.
